In litigation and dispute resolution, we pay particular notice to shareholders’ disputes and fraud cases. Shareholders in Cyprus companies or shareholders that have to resolve their disputes under Cyprus law have a number of rights (as well as obligations) both under statute (The Companies Law, Cap. 113) and at Common Law.
